A desperate wannabe movie actor gets plenty of try-outs but his lack of talent keeps getting him rejected. Then he gets a job as an extra in a movie where he has to dress up as a police officer. When he notices the public give him more respect while in uniform, he realized the power it has and decides to keep impersonating a police officer in his real life. Soon he attracts the attention of not only the real police departement but also a ruthless criminal that wants to use him to conduct his illegal business.
